more fun in monterey

it’s me, silvia. we haven’t really focused on ginger and otto much since ingrid was born. we used to take a ton of pictures of the dogs, and take them to all kinds of fun places. this first RV trip was for us, but the dogs had a blast too. we went for a walk around the campsite one day and found an entrance to this big open area of BLM land. dogs are allowed on BLM land, no leash required either. i let them out to run for about half an hour. this picture was taken at the end of their run. they were super excited to be somewhere new, sniffing for critters and running like crazy.
a couple of days ago, i took them for their first vet check up in a while. the vet said they are both in “superb” health condition. he seemed pretty impressed. their weight is perfect, teeth look great, muscle tone, etc. he didn’t ask what we feed them (they usually do ask), and i’m glad because after i tell them we do the raw diet, they always say they don’t recommend it. it’s hard to argue with the results, though.
