ben lomond
we’re still here in ben lomond. it’s great being next to my sister and ingrid loves playing with the kids. there’s a trampoline in the yard and even a playground set. there’s a market one block away, and it’s no pioneer market. it’s a full-scale grocery store, and they even sell humanely raised meats and pastured eggs. they have a large deli too. andrew eats their sushi for lunch pretty much everyday. across the street from the market is an Ace hardware store. zumba class is only 5 minutes away. ingrid is learning to knit, i am learning to sew. we are reading The Wind in the Willows and Little House in the Big Woods. the only thing i can really complain about here is that it’s not very dog-friendly. we haven’t found a good place to walk our dogs and so they are pretty bored most days.
