In surgery
Oliver went in to surgery at 4:05 and they said it’ll be an hour or an hour and a half. Claudia was able to go into the OR with him. They made her gown up but she wanted to be there until he fell asleep. Oliver fought the mask and at one point stopped fighting to give mommy a smile. Good thing because Claudia was getting ready to take the mask off, she wasn’t sure he recognized her.
A little bit of good news: Oliver weighs 13 lbs 15 oz today. That’s 4 oz more than 5 days ago, and it means the new feeding plan is working.
